Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
